BREAST
(1) Prepare your Self-adhesive Bra first. Because we are likely to exert more pressure on this Bra than it was originally designed for, we need to cut off the clear plastic joining clip and run a clear cable tie through the clip holes and then tighten the tie. This will prevent the Bra from "popping" open if you flex your chest. They're available in A, B or C cup. If you are flat chested choose an A cup. Remember, choose the size that you are already, not the size you will be as this Bra will also add an extra cup size. These Bras come under many different brand names and they are all essentially the same but they range in price from £5 ($10) from Matalan (sold as Nu Bra or Self Adhesive Silicone Bra) to £56 elsewhere.

(2) Put on your regular Bra just below your chest (breast) area, ready to be pulled up later.

(3) On clean dry skin, stick one side of the Self Adhesive Bra so that the centre lines up with your nipple and hold that side down. Stretch the other side onto your other breast. If done correctly both breasts will be brought together to form a decent cleavage even on the flattest of people. Experiment with position and tension to suit your body shape. If you want more cleavage stick them further apart.

(4) Now pull your regular Bra up and over the Self-adhesive Bra. This will stop the edges peeling away if the tension is considerable and complete the shape. If the Self-adhesive Bra is not fitted too tightly you can use them by themselves as a stable strapless bra under bikini-tops, baby-doll tops and long back dresses.

(5) Next, enhance cleavage with makeup. Using a contour brush, lightly apply some bronzer powder around the top of your breasts making a V shape into your cleavage whilst leaving a gap of about 1 inch above the Bra line. Work well into the centre and darken between breasts. Finally dust in some white or light powder in the 1" gap between the bronzer and bra top with a eye shadow brush. Subtly blend for a natural look.

(6) Enhancing cup size. It's possible that the Self-adhesive Bra does not fill the cup size of your regular Bra. If this is the case you can use Self-adhesive Bras singly to increase cup size by simply sticking them on top or insert a Silicone Breast Enhancer (£15 Marshall Ward) between your Self-adhesive Bra and your regular Bra. If the Silicone Bra moves then use double-sided dress tape across the centre of the Self adhesive Bra and stick on the silicone breast enhancer. The Silicone Breast Enhancer could be replaced with breast forms but remember that these are usually quite heavy so be sensible about ordering a size that's in keeping with your body proportions. Alternatively I recommend using a fixed gel Bra which will enhance the bust by at least 2 cup sizes and works well with just the Self adhesive Bra. Good Gel filled Bras are available online from Ultimo.

Once you have practiced a bit the whole process shouldn't take more than 2 to 3 minutes. If the Self adhesive Bra looses its tackiness simply wash in mild soap and let them dry naturally. Don't use a towel as the bra will loose tack due to the towels lint.

WAIST
Since most men don't have a waist line you can create a feminine form by using smooth contoured body shaping underwear (or cinches) if you want to wear figure hugging tops or dresses.

The Corset however must be the ultimate shape-wear but good ones are expensive and cannot be worn under skimpy clothes. They'll provide that sought after hour-glass figure on the outside of clothing or fuller dresses providing you can get used to it's constriction. It's a good idea to break in a new corset gently over a period of time. Never go straight to it's tightest unless you are used to it and it's moulded to your body by use. BUTT
If you really do have a flat butt and want a J-Lo thing happening, there are several 2 and 4 panel Butt enhancing panties available from the US. Try here or here. From what I've seen, gel filled would be a better choice than foam filled but I have no experience of either. They're not the most glamorous of garments but can make a figure look stunningly sophisticated under the right clothes.
